aïno — the internal AI coach

Out-coach the competition.

Your company's coach, trained on your own expertise. It raises the bar on every piece of real work, until everyone performs like your best.

The coach, in the work

The feeling

Craftsman pride, earned. Not given.

The certainty of someone who knows the work is good because they built the judgment to make it good. This isn't AI doing the work for her. It's AI making her step back and see her work the way your best people would. The bar just moved, and someone is there — any time — to help her clear it.

Why it's different

Every generic AI is built to make you feel good. aïno is built to make you think.

It names the defect using your own work as evidence, traces it to the belief underneath, and lands the observation that makes you see it. The demanding standard is the warmth: aïno is hard on the work because it respects the person too much to flatter them with pretty, hollow output.

How it works

Your expertise, turned into a coach for everyone.

  1. 01

Your best people set the bar

The judgment that makes your best people great runs on instinct — they're so fluent they can't fully explain it, and no manual ever captures it. aïno draws it out of the work they already do best, turning what they couldn't put into words into a standard everyone can learn.

  2. 02

Everyone gets coached on real work

Bring a proposal, a spec, a brief and get an expert's read on the spot — the question your sharpest senior would ask, on the real deliverable.

  3. 03

New people reach veteran level in weeks

A veteran's edge is exposure — the cases that taught them to catch what a newcomer misses. aïno answers questions the moment they arise and runs simulations on real pieces, so a rep who'd see a dozen proposals in a quarter sees a dozen in an afternoon. Earned by doing, the judgment stays.

  4. 04

Then they craft with a sparring partner

Once they have the judgment, aïno helps them produce the piece — pressing on the weak spots, never ghostwriting the polished average.

Questions

The things leaders ask first.

Does aïno write the work for my team?

No. That's the line that divides the category. aïno is a sparring partner, not a ghostwriter — it challenges the draft and presses on the weak spots so the person produces their best. In Learn mode, people write by hand, no shortcuts, because that's where judgment is earned.

Isn't this just Claude with a prompt?

aïno runs on Claude — the same model your team already has. The difference is what a system built around the model does that a prompt cannot: a real structure for expertise, a way to pull it out of experts who can't explain themselves, and a coach built to make people think rather than feel good.

How long does it take to build a coach?

Hours, not months. Your best people bring real pieces from their work; aïno walks them through what they see — what's weak, what belief caused it, what good looks like — then distills the reaction into the standard. There's no documentation exercise.

What about our data?

Your data never trains anyone's model — aïno uses Anthropic's API, which excludes customer data from training by contract. Zero Data Retention is available for enterprise, with a DPA and full sub-processor transparency. The only place your expertise persists is your own workspace.

Start with your expertise, not our features.
