1. About the Service

aïno is an AI-powered platform that helps users create, refine, and manage professional content (“pieces”) using standards and guidelines (“masters”) organized within playbooks. The service includes AI-assisted content creation, coaching, training, and knowledge management features.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

4. Your Content

• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (including AI processing).
• We do not use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• You are responsible for the content you create and upload to the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

The service uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use
• AI outputs should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or medical advice

6. Organizations and Collaboration

If you use aïno within an organization, your organization administrator may have additional controls over your account and content within the organization’s workspace. Content created in an organization workspace is subject to the organization’s policies.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Notion). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.

8. Billing and Subscriptions

• Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
• Paddle handles all payment processing, tax, and invoicing on our behalf.
• Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are displayed at the time of purchase.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

11. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
